Take Me To The Mountains
My grandpa had a cabin in the woods when I was just a boy
To spend a few days and nights filled my heart with joy
Catchin toads, snakes and lizards, swimmin at the otter hole
build a dam in the creek with my grandma, you could swimm right across the road, across the road

Show me a ripplin stream where the music never dies

We had waterfalls behind the house that we used to shower by
A mountain of pine to hike up through, lord they made me feel so fine
There was a pond by the little spring house, one day i just fell in
I was tryin to catch a dream, but the dream started to spin, started to spin.

Everyone has a cabin in the woods, even if it's not really there
For in our hearts live memories that we like to share
